university project...HELP REQUIRED

i need some help for one of my university projects!!

if you want to help (which will take like 5 minutes to do) you need download a image from here...

the main idea behind my project is to give people a oppertunity to say something they are too afraid to say.
this can be anything from something you want to say to someone that your too scared to say or something you feel strongly about.

once you have downloaded the file you can either print it out and write on it or open it and write directly onto it. then send it back to me :)
